Eligible Items will only be accepted for store credit. To initiate a return please use the Make A Return tab at the bottom of our website. Send us a message that includes your name order number, and the item(S) you wish to return. You do not need to wait for additional instructions to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back within 5 days of the customer receiving their initial package.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor free (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume odor, or wear, with all of our product tags attached. Simply include the return form with your name and address inside the package, defective items must be reported within 24hrs of package arrival, if it is not reported during the time frame, we will not issue credit
At Sisters house of Galore, we are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but with limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. Please follow return guidelines so that way you may use your credit towards the correct item or size. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume odor, or wear).
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When return packages arrive at our location, it usually takes us from 1-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand that it is very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible.
Once your return has been process you will be issued a store credit in form of a gift card via email.
Please note* original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost are the customers responsibility. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an un-delivered address. The customer will also cover any re-delivery costs.
